Museum and science center in Oulu

The city of Oulu aims to construct a new building for the Museum and Science Center Luuppi that is architecturally high-quality, attractive, and meets the requirements of a modern museum. The goal is for the new building to enhance the value and appeal of its location through its quality.

International architectural competition organized by the city of Oulu. Proposal placed in upper class.
