Residential block and a new parish hall were planned for a plot owned by the Kerava Parish to replace their current facility, which has been damaged by mold.
The plan consists of three apartment buildings arranged to form a courtyard together with the new parish center. The courtyard remains open to pedestrians, and the entrance to the parish hall is accessed through the courtyard. Massive brick was chosen as the construction material for its sustainable properties.
