Lendager Group is a pioneer in the construction industry in sustainability, reuse, and circular economy. Their work to date has been distilled into two publications that document their processes, present practical data, and showcase concrete solutions for how construction and architecture can be carried out with high quality and responsibility—without exploiting the resources of future generations.
A Changemaker’s Guide to the Future provides insight into how circular economy solutions can be applied in construction. The authors believe that by combining innovation and technology, we can create architecture that actively improves the environment. Solution focuses on two projects—Upcycle Studios and Resource Rows—that demonstrate methods for building with existing materials, outline key considerations in the design process, and examine whether such approaches are economically viable.
